I'm really not sure yet.... I'm thinking I might paint the background & then baby wipe off where the flowers go & then paint the flowers.
My other thought is to draw it out w/ white paint just to get my placement & then do the blue & then the flowers.
I'm still in a learning curve, but would love to hear what the pros think.

Im amazed I thought it was cool when I saw your avitar but now that I see the big picture the detail is great!
