Displaying Designs
Hello: I'm still fairly new to face painting and majorly intimidated by eveyone's beautiful work. My question is this; How do you illustrate the designs you have available to paint. Do you put them on a sandwich board or in a photo album? As always, thank you for your invaluable advice.

I started with a photo album, but have found things work much better with a banner. I designed my own and printed through vistaprint. How computer savvy are you?

When I did PPF I used a banner, but for Birthday parties I use a tri-fold display board. I didn't have much luck with the photo album either.

Re: Displaying Designs
I haven't actually made it yet, but I plan to make a display board from a sheet of strong fabric. I'll use velcro (if someone can think of something better that kids won't take off, let me know!) to attach A5 photos... It'll roll up, and I'll be able to change the pictures at no extra cost.
Good luck!
Good luck!
Re: Displaying Designs
At the moment I use a photo album but it it tends to go walkies at gigs so I am going to put a board together this year. I also figure it will give the kids waiting something to look at together. So, I would also say board.
