Looking for FREEHAND Glitter Tattoo Design for next newsletter!

We are working on a Valentine's Newsletter that is not part of a challenge. Would you like to do a design with 3-4 step by steps for this newsletter? Please PM me if you are interested along with a sample of past work. NO STENCILS.

So you want a valentine free-hand design? And just step-by-step tutorial? I can do that if you want. I'm thinking two initials in a heart with a plus sign and maybe an arrow through it? Customizable but easy? Smile
