Tag lasts a lot longer as Kryolan is softer....

If you want to compare brands this is a good thread. Pics in there of neon rainbows including TAG, Kryolan, DFX, and Wolfe. http://www.facepaintforum.com/t4609-this-vs-that-comparing-brands-side-by-side-picture-heavy

The search isn't so great for some reason. I've heard you can google what you are looking for and put in facepaintforum Wink

Never tried that. I just throw out a word that might be associated with something I'm looking for like say "tribal".

I have all the DFX UV/neons (and can find no diff to the TAg neons I had except DFX is cheaper in the UK) and the Kryolans. Both DFX/ Kry are similar in daylight with just the different 'feel' - you know how DFX feels gummer than the more powdery Kry.

DFX/ TAG is better for linework so if I have a limited space, I take the DFX UV.
Kryolan is actually brighter and better to sponge with but useless for linework. This photo shows my kit when I had both DFX AND Kryolan out.

If you look on the right side you can see I lined up the Kryolans (in white pots) beside the DFX (along the tabel edge). This was taken under a really powerful UV canon.

As you see both whites and the purples/ blues are pointless, I switch any white bits to yellow instead. looks a bit odd on some flag-inpsired ones but at least shows up!
