TAG Neon versus Kryolan Day Glow?

Hello, all

Does anyone have any info/preference/comparisons between the TAG neon colors versus the Kryolan Day Glow colors????

Tag lasts a lot longer as Kryolan is softer....

The search isn't so great for some reason. I've heard you can google what you are looking for and put in facepaintforum

Never tried that. I just throw out a word that might be associated with something I'm looking for like say "tribal".

I have all the DFX UV/neons (and can find no diff to the TAg neons I had except DFX is cheaper in the UK) and the Kryolans. Both DFX/ Kry are similar in daylight with just the different 'feel' - you know how DFX feels gummer than the more powdery Kry.

DFX/ TAG is better for linework so if I have a limited space, I take the DFX UV.
Kryolan is actually brighter and better to sponge with but useless for linework. This photo shows my kit when I had both DFX AND Kryolan out.



If you look on the right side you can see I lined up the Kryolans (in white pots) beside the DFX (along the tabel edge). This was taken under a really powerful UV canon.

As you see both whites and the purples/ blues are pointless, I switch any white bits to yellow instead. looks a bit odd on some flag-inpsired ones but at least shows up!
