limit on your personal album? help

hey all...
tried to find it by search...
but is it correct that you can only upload to a limit at your personal album?
i wanted to upload some pictures... and then i got this...
You cannot upload any photos to the gallery because the storage limit has been reached.
i have 23 photo's.. could that be the pixels?

does anyone know more about this?
before i delete some other pictures of my personal album

I got the same message yesterday... I was attempting to upload my first pic. I think it may be that the forum's quota has been reached, rather than your personal one...?
