My painted kids were on TV today :)

So last night after 10, I was talking to one of the charities I do work for about their event this weekend. It was very last minute, but she invited me to bring my kids, with their faces painted to join her on her tv segment this am, promoting the event. We never did get to talk about balloons, but it was cute! Both designs are ripped off...er...inspired by Marcella and Margi K LOL My kids chose these designs and wouldn't budge..no creative room for me today...but that was ok, because I hate painting before 6am!! LOL

Thanks guys! And yes, boy was I tickled to see how well the glitter played under the lights. It is a nice bonus that the woman interviewing is the Emcee at BOTH of my big events this weekend... Possibly another tv segment Thursday on local cable, just waiting to see for sure. 2012 has rocked so far... here's hoping it continues!!

As I sit here in the swealtering heat sweating while typing, I couldn't help but notice -13 in the weather. -13!! Are you kidding? That is farenheight too- holy freezing!

Ainslie, it's actually C so not so bad, warmed up from -28 yesterday (and that was the temp BEFORE windchill) Just had someone offer me a chance to paint at their outdoor winter carnival for a low booth fee...I politely declined! lol

Where I am we have just had 3 days of pretty much non stop rain (I am where the floods were last year), and now it is sunny as, about 35 c and humidity is like a sauna- oh and my air con doesn't work

I love the cold- one day I will crash at one of your houses to see this amazing Canadian/US winters with snow- it is on my bucket list

Anytime Ainsley!! Ignore the kids and cats and dust bunnies...and dishes and laundry and...and...and... you get the idea, but let me know when you are coming. And for what it`s worth, I love winter as well.
