That's awesome, Ainslie!! It feels sooooo good, doesn't it! Very Happy

This month marks 12 years since I quit. I smoked for 20 years, more than a pack a day. Even after 12 years of having quit, I still get a thrill out of being a non-smoker. I never thought I'd do it. And I'm so glad I did - there are so many pluses and not a single thing I miss.

good for you! I quit 14 years ago and also smoked a lot, 30 cigarettes a day. so glad I quit!
