Well done, ABD i too have quit smoking but i also quit coffee and alcohol it been 4 months and it been great i wasn't really a heavy smoker and drinker so i thought i need to get healthy and i don't miss smoking but want so funny i cant stand the smell now but when i was smoker i couldn't smell so now when i get home from party where people a smoking my hair and my clothes smell so BAD I NOW KNOW HOW MY NON SMOKERS FRIENDS FEEL NOW am GLAD and HAPPY I quit i can now look forward to a healthy life
