Starting A Jam

I am ready to start a Jam in my area (NY/NJ).
Could those of you who have attended or led a Jam tell me what worked for you and what didn't? What boundaries do you set as far as sharing information and business "secrets"? Do you play creative games? Do you paint on eachother? Bring models?

I want to reach out to painters because i Truely believe that we will all grow in abundance when we uplift one another.
