painting bald heads

I was asked to paint on sunday to paint a few people and one asked me to paint his head like a bowling ball.. any ideas...fun ideas i don't want to paint it just black...

Skull and there the holes are, make it the fingers and thumb in the eyes and nose...flames around skull too??

Bright blue 'marble' with 3 holes and 'bowling Champ 2012' on it??

I pin coming out of the back of the shirt and the bowling ball bearing down on it??
