I once lived in a condo building and this one guy would smoke like crazy right on the front stoop. No biggie, but he threw his butts all over the place. Pretty gross. One night after a couple of glasses of wine, I'd had enough. I went our and picked up every butt I could find and put them right outside his door. I didn't see another one on the stoop after that.
