Book vs. DVD
A few months ago, I decided to take the leap and put together instructional material. I've gotten pretty far with what I am going to teach, but now the question has arrived. DVD, or book? Please express your pro's and con's to both.
Oh, and if there is something in the industry that you feel like is a big secret and you'd like answers included in the material, let me know.

Re: Book vs. DVD
Congrats! I look forward to it.
I would prefer DVD, but that's cuz I like to see things in action. Just MHO.

Re: Book vs. DVD
I'm a book person, I have DVDs and I don't watch them beyond once...if that...particualrly if the narration is irksome. Books...I take them with me places, they tuck me in at night...I love books. PLUS books force me to at least figure some thngs out for myself.
Re: Book vs. DVD
Book! I read/watch my books again and again and again. I take them with me when I go to bed (whaaa, I confess, I go to sleep with facepainting books), I also have them next to me when practising and I discover new things all the time.
I have the extreme facepainting book from the Wolfe brothers (love it!). I have read/watched it so many times, but the DVD that goes with it, I only watched one time, when I received it. After that first time I never watched it again. I do like to watch painters, but when I want to, I go to Youtube or Faba TV and I apparently don't get a DVD out.
Just my opinion ofcourse.

Re: Book vs. DVD
I love the format of the Extreme book and DVD from the Wolf brothers. I can refer to the book again and again, but I also learned so much about their style and technique by watching them in action.
Re: Book vs. DVD
Thanks for all the awesome input! So, do you guys care if it's hardback or not? I'd like to keep the cost down so I don't have to charge too much for the book, but wasn't sure about opinions when it comes to quality?
How many pages are in the Wolfe book? And how big is it?
