Bubbles added to party?

Post by MichelleLA on Wed Jan 25, 2012 10:58 am

I tried to get a response here http://www.facepaintforum.com/t365-bringing-bubbles-to-parties but no luck so far...

Does anyone here add bubbles to their party services? What is your experience in terms of percentage of customers wanting bubbles?

Is it worth the trouble?

I added bubbles to a few parties. It is very messy and slippery. Spent alot of time refilling buckets with bubble mix. Then spent alot of time cleaning up. I used 2 foot bubble wands and buckets of bubble mix. I love bubbles but don't think its worth the hassle.

Bubbles to festival - pretty cool, draws attention.... MESSY, other vendors complained about them

Bubbles at Parties - Most of the kids didn't play with them, mom was disappointed... Other person said it was too expesive for what they got.... which was crazy... they all got their own bubbles... and a bubble machine for like $25... soooo Kind of a waste.

I have never been asked for this at a birthday party or festival, but I have set them up for my own birthday party for my children. I did the face painting at their party and set up a large round table away from everything else with a bubble machine and many wands and other items. The kids really loved it. I also set a small bowl of water on the table for the children to wash their hands. This helped with keeping the childrens hand soap free. I think it was alot of fun.
