Voldemort
My 12 year old son decided he wants to be Voldemort at carnival....
I saw a really good tutorial couple of months ago, but can't find it anymore. The nostrils and eyebrows were build with tissues and latex, looked really cool.
Guess I have to give it a try myself, advice and tips are welcome!

Re: Voldemort
Ow, thanks Kleophea!
Specially love the second one! Using tape is a great idea, because there is a non-allergic version of that! I don't know how my son will react to latex.
I found a forum thread, with a latex tutorial, I'll give it a try, he's really looking forward to it!

Re: Voldemort
I just did this...please note the dancers ARE wearing pasties & glued on thongs its just very well disguised by paint!
The client wanted "sexy snake dancers with voldemort-style heads".

Samm built the front of the faces on a mould/ dummy face out of latex and tissue. She made them a bit less smoothed out than a total Voldemort (slightly cheek bonier so more sexy etc and it was a rush job!) and more flakey as we wanted a peely snakey look, but you get the idea.
Dn't forget nose holes!

Re: Voldemort
My! Cat!
That's gorgeous!
Lots of work for "just" a school-ball though...
I think he will be home again within three hours...

Re: Voldemort
Yes, we will do that! It was my suggestion to go with just that. Just the cap, because I can do that.
But he just loves to get " the nose" too...
