"Who Hair"...from the Grinch

Does anyone on the forum offer this? It's adorable and I wanted to know if any of you do this?

very nice... for my job im a hairstylist... and i do put the hair in combination with what i paint... but what for things are there in the hair... those light things like glow in the dark?

As far as I can tell, the hair is divided into four sections and each section is braided, then pipe cleaners, curling ribbons and glow stick ropes were used. I accidentally deleted the front shot of the two young girls who had this in their hair... but it was so stinking cute!!!!

How would you keep it sticking up like that?

How fun! I did makeup for a production of "Seussical the Musical" a few years ago but the Whos' hair wasn't nearly as elaborate as this!

I did my daughter's hair for Dr. Seuss day as a who. You put an empty small plastic water bottle on thier head and wrap the hair around it and secure it on the top. That is how I held it up in the air. I found you tube videos to show me how.
