Saying Hello from NW Louisiana!

Just wanted to say howdy.
I'm a Mother, Grandmother, Wife, & Artist.
I've dabbled in a bunch of mediums, & am most comfortable with a brush in hand.
I was collard by a friend at the Shreveport Mardi Gras to "do her up fancy", so I did . . . - the next thing I noticed to my surprise was that a line had formed. All I had we're wild array of cosmetics, but it brought lots of joy, and I fell in LOVE with this medium!!!
Now I have a kit, a few Mardi Gras under my belt(all free), but no training,no one to learn from, & no gigs, Would love to attend some workshops & find out how to go "pro".
If I can't make you smile, I'll paint you one!

Welcome to the forum! This is a good place to start, you can learn alot of useful information that will help you, just search here or google the subject and site i.e. subject site:facepaintforum.com (this search will dig up everything that is on the Face Paint Forum...a better choice). Have fun and don't forget to ask lots of questions!

Just like Janb said, you'll learn so much from this forum! And the search box in the website is a little temperamental so use her suggestion.
