Doesn't The Face Paint company normally do it?

August and yes.. face paint comp[any and wowee creations.. the cost would be from $1800-3000 for 9 days for the site!!

so $200-$333 a day just to break even, achievable with enough people. Someone told me they saw face painting there from $15 a face!

Yeah both of those companys charge around $250-300 for 2 hrs at a party.
So there prices would be high at the ekka..

I will ask on Facebook, if anyone has been to the ekka and had face painting how much it was..

Why is it such a large difference between the $1800 and $3000 for the week?

I had a friend last year who paid $10 and $12 for her kids. I think the cheapest was $8? But they were busy apparently.

My Guess would be location within the grounds and how large a space wanted.

Kylie how many painters are you aiming to get?

I assume we would all be splitting the booth fee- which is fair

I'm pretty sure you have to hire their tents too....not sure if that is included in the costs.

need 3 or 4 painters.. cost is deterimined by where you are at the show and size. you can pay for for a structure or byo ur gazbo etc. n with you application you must provide photos of your set up.

The Ekka is kind of like the royal easter show in NSW. it goes for 10 days and hundreds of thousands of people visit and spend more money than its worth (and thats just to get in the gates!)
The Ekka would definitely be a profitable exercise.
