I love the picture, not that it is a big deal but in the future you might want to make the wings point to the back and down, toward the tail instead of the sky/head. I think it looks great but a little helpfulness (I hope?). Good job!

Lorrin, I TOTALLY agree! I was looking at someone else's version of a stork when I painted this. AFTER I was finished I went home and looked up stork pictures. "Oh... THAT'S what a stork is supposed to look like....". lol. Just an update, she had her baby 2 days ago! (a month early)... so my willing model is no longer available. Ah, well. On a positive note.. mommy and baby are very healthy and happy.

Gorgeous! I love how it looks liek an oil painting with lots of different textures! And I totally didn't see a turkey there either, lol.
