I don't know if this is because I'm a newbie or what, but have serious issues with my fingers getting dirty when I sponge paint on. I don't know if my I'm holding my sponge incorrectly (I'm a lefty and have to hold close to base for better control ). Any tips for keeping my hands clean during an event, there is nothing great about dirty fingerprints all over someones finished face!

Does anybody know how much material you use on one facepaint?

A school nearby asked me to paint at their yearly fair. They have no money to hire me, but offered me to pay the costs of the material. I have no experience other than our own school so I have never had to think about the costs.
