Glitter, glitter! What kinds of glitter?
Okay, so every little girl seems to want the glitter, and that is great... but I can't seem to get it on them with out them wearing it in their hair, or all over their clothes... or all over me! What is the secret here? I have tried glitter, and I have dust. I have to say... not at all sure how to apply the dust, and the glitter poof thing... all over the map with it. Am I doing some thing wrong? Also, I just made my first purchase of Paradise, and will be having to buy some metallic's soon. Anyone have Paradise metallic? I have been a tried and true snaz user til now, and I am not in love with the snaz metallic paint. I don't think it holds up well for me. I switched to Paradise on the other colors bc of the price and all the the reviews on this site. I wasn't happy with how dry my snaz sometimes looked when finished. Hoping for a smoother, creamier, and sometime glitterier (?) look! lol Thanks!

Well.. glitter poofing is tricky at first. If the hole is too small on the bottle, then no glitter comes out, if it's too big, then TONS of glitter comes out. Check the hole and make sure that its not huge, could be the problem source.
I am constantly changing how I apply my glitter.. sometimes I poof, sometimes I dab, some times I tap it on from the shaker... To each his own.
If you want a controlled glitter look, then try rolling it onto the design using the end of your brush, like this:
Just roll the end of your brush onto a damp sponge(you don't want it dripping wet) and then dip the brush handle in glitter, then lightly roll the glitter onto the face. Works like a charm.

Im stuck on glitter gel- a basic method I think. I can DRAW with it!! I found that so exciting. I was using a tube I squeezed out and applied with a brush, but noy, this drawing with glitter makes for a lot of fun! Im buying dust this time around to try it. I shall remember the brush handle technique to.

I do both the poof and dab. I dab on small children so it doesn't get in their eyes. The poof of air can startle them, even when I warn them of it
The adults and older children get a poof most of the time. If it's a small design then I dab.
